Meet Our Team

Matt May, PHD, ABD, MSPC, LPC

I have been practicing in behavioral health since 2000. I have experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and/or families in individual, family, and group settings. I have previously worked as a regional supervisor of an intensive therapy program troubled youth and truancy program. My goal is to improve behavioral problems, mental/emotional difficulties, and overall functionality. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as in Motivational Interviewing (MI). I chose to become a mental health professional, because I felt called to help others improve to become the best person possible.

I specialize in men’s issues, addiction, couples, family, and adolescents. I have a significant amount of experience working with troubled adolescents with anger problems, ODD, substance abuse, truancy, and illegal activity. I also have experience working with individuals with special needs such as IDD and autism as well as with individuals with PTSD, veterans, and general trauma.

Stephanie May, Mentor, Life Coach

Hi, my name is Stephanie. I specialize in life coaching, especially woman who are walking through grief from pregnancy/still birth loss. I would love to walk with you and support you through this time. I am a certified Master Grief Counselor through Grief Care Fellowship, and I am currently taking classes through Light University to continue to get certified in other areas.  I also have experience with individuals walking through anxiety/panic attacks, divorce, infidelity, religious struggles, and people struggling through day to day life. As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, I use evidence-based practices to support individuals in navigating challenges, building resilience, and creating meaningful change. I’m passionate about helping people identify what matters most to them and move toward their goals.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly, while gaining clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we’ll work on developing practical tools and insight to help you move forward with greater confidence.
